The Director /Doctor/Aclmsn/Nurse and all other stuff
I am writing to you today, in order to convey my gratitude to your pleasing stuff who attended to me when I was admitted at your hospital on July 6th 2013.
Friendly, I would like to thank Diana, my nurse, who looked after me as a daughter, and my doctor Director Yang, translator Dr. Emma, nurses, Joy, Rose, Teen and all other stuff (sorry, could not mention every your name). What’s more, we have to mention Dr.Sanny who had patiently replied and guided us to the hospital with for at most polite and cooperating personality in marketing to make people truly cognizant about the disease and spread more about the traditional herbal treatment of China.
I alone with my wife and son in law was on my last hope trip way to China with all positive attitude towards the treatment and from the day one, standing from the way we were received with a block of staff on as every side assisting and guiding us to the room, and helping us arrange everything in order with in no time. Being making us more aware about the disease and conditions day by day is the other positive factor, even though, for round the clock, different doctors and nurses are attending me but also on act information relaxing to the treatment or medicine an passed on with our any found
Cleanliness is other good thing found around the hospital.
Above all the good thing I found and I got some suggestions as well which I believe to help the hospital to increase their reliability along with the patient satisfaction.
Doctors should be well trained in English.
